Here are a few scrumptious and easy spring cocktail recipes to help you wish winter the friendliest of send offs.

April Shower

Ingredients:

  • 1 ounce of Brandy
  • ¼ ounce of Yellow Chartreuse
  • 1 ounce of orange juice

Preparation for one cocktail:

  • Pour all the ingredients and a handful of ice into a cocktail shaker
  • Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces of gin

  • 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup of mozzarella balls
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries

Preparation (simple!):

  • Mix all the ingredients together
  • Drizzle on extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic, and a pinch of sea salt for the perfect dressing
