Join Us in Celebrating the End of Winter Blues


The start of spring, rise in temperature, and sightings of the sun has us packing away our down coats and eagerly digging out the bins of spring clothes. Join us as we commemorate spring and celebrate the end of long, dark days, frigid temperatures, numb limbs, and indoor imprisonment. An official farewell to winter blues.

Here are a few scrumptious and easy spring cocktail recipes to help you wish winter the friendliest of send offs.

April Shower


  • 1 ounce of Brandy
  • ¼ ounce of Yellow Chartreuse
  • 1 ounce of orange juice

Preparation for one cocktail:

  • Pour all the ingredients and a handful of ice into a cocktail shaker
  • Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  • Enjoy!

English Rose


  • 2 ounces of gin

  • 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup of mozzarella balls
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries

Preparation (simple!):

  • Mix all the ingredients together
  • Drizzle on extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic, and a pinch of sea salt for the perfect dressing
