We chatted with Millie Cosgrove, their Hospitality Sales Executive, about their role, the magic of working at such a historic venue, and how a tiny, hand-drawn bauble becomes the most treasured gift of the festive season.
Tell us a little about your team and your role at the Hall

I’m part of the hospitality team at the Royal Albert Hall, where we manage premium guest experiences. These include private boxes for performances, pre-show dining, receptions, and private events in the Hall’s more intimate spaces. In my role as Hospitality Sales Executive, I’m responsible for selling tailored packages for each show while also building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and suppliers. |
How do you use Victoria Eggs products in your hospitality work?
Each Christmas, our hospitality guests receive a specially designed Victoria Eggs bauble. I collaborate with Victoria to develop the theme, and she transforms it into a beautiful design each year. To make them collectable, the baubles are dated, and our guests always look forward to discovering the new design to hang on their Christmas tree.

What do you love most about working in hospitality and looking after your guests?
The most rewarding part of my role is seeing the experiences we create come to life. While it takes a great deal of planning and hard work to put each package together, receiving positive feedback from guests makes it all worthwhile
What makes gifting with Victoria Eggs special for your team?
Each year’s unique design, complete with the date, feels really special. I keep them all on my Christmas tree, and they bring back wonderful memories of the Hall each December. This year is particularly exciting as Victoria has also designed our crackers, and we can’t wait to see both creations together.
How do guests respond to the gifts? Any favourite feedback?
Our guests love the bauble, every year they ask for extras and where they can buy them. This exclusivity makes the baubles even more special, as they’re unique to our hospitality experiences and not available anywhere else.
