Our retailers are such an important part of the Wonderful World of Victoria Eggs. So, in celebration of the incredible people we work alongside, we’re proud to bring you our July Retailer of the Month.
This month, we spoke to the fabulous team over at A Taste of Britain, based in Pennsylvania USA.
We caught up with the shop manager, Tracy, to find out a little more about their store.
So tell us a bit about your shop, Tracy.
We are a cozy tearoom that reminds you of being in the English countryside. We also have a gourmet grocery and home goods retail store where we offer an expansive line of British home goods and groceries along with our own line of takeaway lunch, dinner, snacks and sides.
Describe your shop in three words!
I would describe our shop as inviting, cozy and eclectic.
What's important to you as a shop manager?
The most important thing to us is the customer and that they feel welcomed and excited to be here. We also have a wonderful team that all play a very important role in delighting our guests. We love the idea that anyone from the UK that might be missing home can come into our shop and get a little piece of that. Whether it’s lunch in our tearoom or taking some British groceries to go.
What's your favourite season in the shop?
Our favorite time of year in the shop is without a doubt Christmas. Everything looks so magical and we get to stock all of the best British groceries and home goods that you can’t get any other time of year.
Why do you choose to stock Victoria Eggs?
We love Victoria Eggs because they have a wide range of home goods that are the perfect gift for everyone. The artwork is so unique and ranges from cheeky and fun to elegant and whimsical. It truly fits everyone’s taste.
What's your favourite Victoria Eggs collection?
My favorites are the Nautical collection, the egg cups and the Royally British Line.
