Tell us about the shop, where you are and what you sell. What’s the vibe
in your store? What makes you, you?
We are the Liechtenstein National Museum, tucked in the heart of Vaduz. We
sell carefully curated gifts that tell the story of Liechtenstein — local craft,
regional food and drink, exhibition catalogues and books, postcards, stamps,
coins, and small design objects and souvenirs. The vibe is warm, curated and
curious: part small-town boutique, part museum floor — friendly staff,
thoughtful displays, and plenty of gifts that feel like a story you can take home.

Local – Authentic – WelcomingWhat do you love about being a shop Owner/Manager? Tell us a little
about your customers.
What matters most to us is creating a space where visitors feel welcome and
inspired. We want every product to carry meaning — whether it’s a book, a
local delicacy, or a souvenir — so that our guests can take home a true piece
of Liechtenstein. Supporting regional makers and telling authentic stories
through our assortment is at the heart of what we do.
Tell us about your favourite time of the year and why it’s so special
to you.
Our favourite time of the year is 15 August – Liechtenstein’s National Day. The
whole country comes alive with music, fireworks, and celebration, and Vaduz is
filled with visitors. It’s special because we get to share not just our shop, but
the spirit of Liechtenstein itself — guests often look for keepsakes that connect
them to the festivities, making it a joyful and meaningful time for us.
Why did you choose to stock Victoria Eggs, and what's your favourite Victoria Eggs collection?
“We chose to stock Victoria Eggs because their products are more than just
beautiful designs — they tell stories. That’s exactly what we aim for in our shop
at the Liechtensteinisches Landesmuseum: every item should connect people
with culture, heritage, and memory. Victoria Eggs shares those values, which
makes them a perfect fit for us.”
Of course, “Simply Liechtenstein”, but if we had to choose another, it would
probably be “Simply London”.
