Peri-Peri Chicken Wings with Garlic Mayo

Ingredients

  • 1kg chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp Peri-Peri seasoning
  • 4 tbsp garlic mayonnaise

Method

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 190°C.

  2. Prepare the wings: Separate each wing at the joint. Place into a large bowl, drizzle with oil, sprinkle over the peri-peri seasoning, and toss until evenly coated.

  3. Cook: Arrange the wings in the air fryer basket and cook for 25 minutes, until crisp on the outside and tender inside.

  4. Serve: Pile onto a platter and enjoy with garlic mayonnaise for dipping.
