The Victoria Eggs Bespoke Process

STEP ONE
SETTING THE BRIEF & DESIGN RESEARCH

  • Submit your written design brief (we’ll supply the template via Google Sheets, to ensure we have everything we need).
  • Book in an initial 20 minute phone consultation to discuss your brief.
  • You’ll receive a check list specifying packaging, materials and barcoding specifications via Google Docs to complete.
  • A quote will be provided via email.
  • Brand guidelines, assets and relevant materials submitted via a Dropbox link to upload any relevant components, e.g. theme, imagery, company logo as a vector, company description, brand colours, brand guidelines, existing relevant designs.
  • Mood board presentation.
  • Initial draft sketch of the design to give an idea of layout, design elements and key features.

TYPICAL LEAD TIME

2-3 weeks from client supply of all information (this SLA requires all queries to be answered within 48 hours). Any additional ideas or changes after this stage may be subject to additional costs.

 

 

STEP TWO
THE DESIGN PROCESS & SIGN OFF

  • Ideas generation meeting with Victoria Eggs and your team along with ALL decision makers, including those with final sign off on the design.
  • Upon discussion and feedback from the initial sketch Victoria will provide a first proof of the design and request feedback. (approx 4-5 weeks).
  • Three adjustments are included, further amends charged at £150 per amend. Any adjustments will be made and Victoria will create and provide the final artwork.
  • On approval Victoria will adapt the artwork for any additional products required at a cost of £65 per product. The client is required to sign off on each product within a week.
  • Victoria will design packaging based on details provided in Google Sheets.
  • Once all of the artwork has been approved we will proceed to Step Three.

Based on the agreed response time to requests. Approx 6-8 weeks*

STEP THREE

SAMPLING & MANUFACTURING

  • Client to provide delivery and booking in details for samples and final order along with a desired delivery window.
  • We will proceed to sampling (please note that not all products are available for sampling) or directly to manufacturing the full order.
  • Sample sign off within a week of receipt of the samples.
  • On approval we will proceed to manufacturing the final order.
  • Delivery of your bespoke products to your store ready for your customers to enjoy!

PLEASE NOTE

Whilst we will aim to deliver your products as close together as we can, it is not always possible to have the full order delivered at the same time. We are proud to use carefully selected UK manufacturers, so our lead times vary considerably.

Quantities can be up to 5% above or below the number ordered, and you will be invoiced for the full amount delivered.

LEAD TIME
